You must use the online booking form so that Maniax can process your reservation request.
Second choice of times or dates (Not mandatory)
It is possible that, based on availability, according our availability we are not able to grant your room type or your choice of date. This is why it is suggested to enter a second time and date in case your first choice is unavailable. But this part it's not mandatory.
After sending the reservation request form
You will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail from us. If you don’t immediately see the e-mail in your inbox,check your spam folder to be sure.It would be sad if we missed you by accident! Think of marking us as safe in your e-mail settings to make sure you receive our next communications.
Once your reservation request is accepted
A final e-mail will be sent to you within 24 to 72 hours of your booking request. Upon receiving it, make sure to check the details of your reservation to ensure that everything is accurate. You will also have to make your payment by credit card or Interac e-mail to secure your request.
You have 24 hours to make the payment and reserve your time slot or it will not be held for you.
Refusal of the request
If we have not enough reservations to open the Maniax branch, your request may be declined.
Normally we open the door for 4 players or more , but sometimes we're already on site to do some work or we are planning to open the door for another group that made a reservation at the same time as you. So do not hesitate to send us your reservation request even if you are only 2 players.
If you cancel with over 7 days left before your event, your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to your next booking.
Please note that no refund will be given if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the activity.
