FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

If you have to cancel or postpone your event, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance. Your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to your next booking.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, your deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

What clothes should I wear?

Closed-toe shoes are compulsory according to our house rules.

For safety reasons, you must wear comfortable and closed sports shoes, covering your feet completely.

If you wear open shoes or expose the tops of your feet, such as flip-flops or sandals, ballerinas or lightweight fabric shoes, you will not be allowed to throw. High heels are also discouraged.

We also recommend wearing a loose and comfortable sweater that will not restrict your arm or upper body movements.

What if we don’t have 12 people at a 3-hours?

If you have a reservation made for the 3-hour event package with a host, you will have to pay for 12 people.

However, it is possible to choose another one of our packages that best suits your group.
