FAQ

What is your cancellation policy?

If you have to cancel or postpone your event, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance. Your deposit will either be refunded or transferred to your next booking.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, your deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

What clothes should I wear?

Closed-toe shoes are compulsory according to our house rules.

For safety reasons, you must wear comfortable and closed sports shoes, covering your feet completely.

If you wear open shoes or expose the tops of your feet, such as flip-flops or sandals, ballerinas or lightweight fabric shoes, you will not be allowed to throw. High heels are also discouraged.

We also recommend wearing a loose and comfortable sweater that will not restrict your arm or upper body movements.

What if we don’t have 12 people at an event?

If you have a reservation made for the 3-hour event package with a host, you will have to pay for 12 people.

However, it is possible to choose another one of our packages that best suits your group.

Can I bring a meal or a snack?

At Maniax, we want you to have the maximum amount of fun possible. That's why you can bring your own food and beverages, or choose to have them delivered directly to our premises!

The Maniax facilities are equipped with several counters, refrigerators and freezers that are at your disposal. Please note that glass bottles are prohibited and only plastic bottles and thermoses will be allowed.

Where can I park?
We have lots of parking space at the front and back of the building. We also have a back entrance.
Can I bring a child or a spectator?

Spectators are welcome, but they cannot throw axes. It is not prohibited to bring a child, but we advise against it.

Our facilities are designed for an adult audience and can therefore become very noisy. Moreover, to ensure their safety and that of the other participants, it is necessary to closely watch children and to maintain appropriate behavior. Young people can participate in axe throwing only from the age of 16 years and over. Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I come by when I please to try it out?

As a private establishment, we cannot accept guests without a reservation. All participants must book with a credit card payment.

If you would like to organize a corporate event or any other group event, it is necessary to book in advance. This will ensure that you have access to the conference room and a sufficient number of targets.
